Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the UK only, please let us know if you have issues placing an order so we can help you. 

All orders are dispatched, at the latest, next working day.

If ordered before 1pm on a weekday, we will dispatch same day.

UK FLAT RATE £3.55.

Sunglasses

We dispatch sunglasses via our warehouse in the Netherlands according to the same shipping rules outlined above in bold.

This helps to reduce our carbon footprint and saves Jikibode paying for storage space so we can offer our sunglasses at an amazing price.

Sunglasses are dispatched via Deutsche Post or DHL.  A tracking link will be emailed to you on dispatch.

Please note Jikibode does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post but please do reach out if there is an issue and we will endeavour to resolve it for you.

Please note that all our Jewellery and Accessories are dispatched from our studio in the UK. 

Should you order jewellery and/or accessories, plus sunglasses, in some cases your sunglasses may arrive separately.  THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL POSTAGE CHARGE FOR THIS.
